what symptoms do you get? I haven't had a doc look,at me like I'm crazy but I did have one used to roll his eyes. You'd be lucky to find a fibro expert doc though. Whereabouts are you?

I had an excellent rheumatologist but we need to know where you live, it's no good telling about her if you aren't in the UK?

I was told by one gp that she didn't believe in fm and if it did exist it would have burnt itself out!

    hi there,

i have a good GP she hs ran all the normal blood tests and they all came back normal.  she then sent me to orthos to have tests done on my back i had several MRI scans and they came back normal so they signed me off from the hospital back to GP for my care. she has now made appointment to see someone at rheumatology.  have appointment for July.  i had been seen by other doctors at my surgery and they said that it was all in my mind.  try a different doctor at your surgery and then ask for referal to rheumatology.

    kind regards

    janet
