the bump rise up 3 days ago, no pain and itching on my penis but it hurts when i press the bump. i never have a sex before, only masturbation.

You are sure you have not damaged your penis in this location?
Can you get a hold of some liquid antiseptic (that you would use on damaged skin elsewhere on the body) and dab a little on this spot 2 times a day for 3 or 4 days?
I would try this and see how the bump reacts?
