A small bump on my penis. Is this herpes?

So recently I noticed this small bump on my shaft. It is on the frenulum delta, on the junctional rim. I recently saw a doctor and they told me everything is fine "just irritated skin from rough sex or masturbation" . However, I can't get this out of my mind, especially that it has not gone away for more than a week now. Please let me know what you think, because the anxiety is killing me.

I'm not showing any symptoms, there is no abnormal itching or anything of that sorts.

    That is not herpes. Does not look like anything to worry about. I also have those.

      Thanks for the reassurance man, I appreciate your reply. Just to triple make sure, that's the case with the one in the picture in my reply too right? I have never examined myself this closely before and with the anxiety every bump I find scares me.
