I always found solutions to my problem on this forum or elsewhere, but not for this one...
I'm a 23 male and I've be getting lightheaded for the past year, it happened about 6 times and all the tests that my doctors gave to me were fine, I even got my heart checked and it turned out great, I am labeled as a Healthy Person by the doctors I went to but none of them seem to find the cause of this weird dizziness that I'm having. So I thought it has to be Anxiety.
I realized a few weeks ago that I am able to make myself dizzy by closing my eyes and "thinking" about being spun around and I'm not sure if this is normal or not.
Sometimes, I also feel like I'm "about" to go dizzy so I try to think about something else and it goes away BUT if I keep thinking about it then it happens, it sound stupid but it is what it is.
Sometimes I also feel a weird shaking sensation in my neck and legs, and it worries me too because it makes me feel like it's about to happen again. And this could last all day.
Sometimes when I'm watching a video on my phone or something, I get that feeling too, so I thought it must be my eyes but I got them checked and they were totally fine as well.
I'm always worried about it because it sucks, 6 times a year doesn't sound much but you become literally helpless when dizziness hits you so whenever I feel it happening I become a lot more worried and this doesn't help.
What I hate most about this is that I don't know the cause, so for me this can happen anytime anywhere and it's kind of scary.
I really need help but I tried everything possible and I think I'm gonna be stuck with this forever, I'm probably gonna even get my ears checked, or do whatever is needed until I find the cause, it has got to the point were I can't trust the docs anymore.
Please tell me this is familiar to you, if I'm sure it's anxiety, if someone experienced any of this before then it'd make me feel better, because then I'll be able to get the help I ACTUALLY need and learn how to overcome this.
Sorry for my bad english and thanks a lot for reading this.

No, the doctor said it's not needed, the first time I got dizzy he tried a quick brain test on me to check if it was a seizure of some sort and that was it.

It does scary me a lot too, but I'm not taking any pills at the moment, I hit the gym today and I felt that I'm about to go dizzy so I stopped working out, after 3 clear months this had to happen...

Hi again I did not wish to alarm you I was wondering if you had had a Holter so any arrhythymias could be excluded. It is just one of the basic routine tests they do that's all.

Look up symptoms of iron deficiency anemia. If you think you're low, they can do a blood test.
