Hi, Antsy:  I know how you feel, sweetie...My mom and dad were my comfort zone and support all my life. When I lost them a few years ago, 9 months apart, even though I'm an older woman, I miss them so much.  It is so hard to go on without your support system.  I feel like an orphan and I hate having anxiety without them to lean on.  Let's all try to be strong together and get over this dreaded anxiety and depression.  I'm so sorry for your loss....HUGS.

Sorry for your loss.  It just believe it will get better, it does.  Loss is a tough thing to go through, on top of anxiety.  Stay connect with those you love and those that love you for affirmation.
