Yes! Mine cracks almost every time I turn my head. Cbd oil helps a great deal.

Hi, Karen...hubby and I both take it orally. A few months ago, before the oil, turning the lid on a jar hurt. It really is worth it!

I do but didn't know if it was related since I've had some arthritis in the back of my neck for years...so who knows.

Hi karen, yes...I have arthritis in my neck. Always cracking it. Always stiff first thing in the morning. sometimes sets off a headache. Tried a foam cervical pillow...made it worse. I have a heated wrap that I put in the microwave...helps a little.

Oh yes, especially if I'm about to have a period. I get muscle tension in my neck, upper back, shoulders and at the base of my head leading to my neck. It's awful! Sometimes it hurts to turn my head.

Yes... The weather is not helping with the arthritis in my neck. In the summer I'm good. Not sure stretching helps but I otherwise I just deal with it,

Oh just remembered and need to get mine out.. But last year at this time my neck was really achy also. I found this neck thing at the drugstore/pharmacy where you can warm it up in the microwave and then drape it around your neck-shoulders. It's very soothing because my neck really aches with this cool damp weather.

Yes! I had this for the first time in June and July - it seemed constant! I could hear cracking if I moved my neck around...hadn't ever experienced the aching and pain to that level ever! My neck was stiff along with all of the pain. I started a natural progesterone cream in August - not sure if this is why that went away? Most of my symptoms are gone - still have about 10 symptoms versus the 60 I had. Aches and pains are prominent on those meno symptom lists out there. It is all a result of hormones crashing - not all women have hormones that plummet - it sounds like we are in that 20%. You will get great advice from the women on this forum. So many options to treat our hormones - I am starting with the natural progesterone cream and if I keep experiencing positive results - wonderful, if not, I will try something else. 😄 Take care, Karen
