    A fit fella that's good at massage?!!!??! If you find one, can you share him around, please? Seriously though, it just never ends. One day it's your legs, another day it's your back and neck or shoulders, and some days it's like you're just one big ache. Perhaps we should all hibernate until it all goes away. x

    I was just going to post something similar to this. This morning I have the most terrible aches - arms, shoulders, neck, back, and even the lower body and legs, which is a totally new thing.

    I take magnesium and do exercise.   I have been trying not to take pain killers, but this morning I just had to. 

    I just havent got a clue whats going on. I know that hormonal changes can cause this, but does anyone actually know why?   Why should a drop in oestrogen affect your'e muscles and joints so much?!
