    Hi Lindy

Yes I had it all through peri also very swollen heavy and sometimes sore breasts.

This was one of the things that improved for me once my periods stopped.

I was also left with bigger boobs and a little cleavage for the first time since breastfeeding 20 years ago.

Hi Linda I too get this, I have been experiencing this for few months now and had it for the last 4 days.....mine at first I thought were period pains....I'd also get before and after my period.

Dont really get don't get tender boobs......Not yet?!!!!!.

Can I ask if you take anything when you get this pain....I have tried nurofen plus...paracetamol...hot water bottle...heat pads

And none do anything for me!!!!!.

I'm post menopausal. No periods for 12 months. Tonight I've just started bleeding. Quite shocked & worried. FSH levels 146 in September! Any advice would be greatly appreciated please

As lindy says go to your doctor.

It's probably nothing and would be more of a worry if you had been longer without one.

They say 12 months without one and you are considered post meno but there are bound to be some exceptions.

      Hope it's all fine.

I think you should go and see your doctor for check up ASAP. It could be anything you would want to sort out early.
