Hello, I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with acid reflux. I keep getting a burning in my chest and acid in my throat amongst other nasty peri symptoms. It feels like its one symptom after the other 😢.

It is, Lisa cry.  Do not dispair, they are going to recede, soon or later.  Try 1 spoon of unfiltered, organic apple vinegar in a glass of water before food.  Some people find it too strong, but for me worked.  And it is good for cholesterol, diabetes, and other issues, too.  Research.  Big hugs.

I have been getting more acid reflux myself and sometimes a little burning in my chest. I myself have been diagnoised with acid reflux. You may have had it and are now just noticing it more through menopause.

Hi Susan, may I ask for how long you have had it?  I developed some symptoms, not really agressive, but they just desappeared same way as they started.  I wonder if I had gone to a doctor he would not rule I had accid reflux, even though it was only a phase.
