Hi Jimmy, ASR is often a pre curser to anxiety disorder and depression, it's almost like a panic attack. Just means your body and mind has been under stress and it reacts to they stress in a very quick way.

When I had my first breakdown I was suffering from anxiety only a short amount of time but because of a few extra issues I had an ASR which was like a loooong panic attack, then it just switched off like my brain had said "enough is enough" and I went really calm but the fear which resulted of another properly triggered the anxiety disorder and deoression.
