I have been diagnosed with possible gallstones waiting for a scan, I have had bouts of pain but not taken to hospital, I'm now getting pain like a stitch on my left side under ribs is this related to gallstones does anyone know? What can I do to stop it as its like an ache all the time and worse when I first wake up for about an hour. Any advise much appreciated.

It could be related to the gallbladder issue
Hot water bottle can help the aches and pains .
Has your doctor given you any thing for the pain ?
I take buscopan and that helps with the spasms etc ...
Also on Omperazol daily and take paracetamol / ibuprofen when needed x
Hope you are not waiting to long for your scan x

Hi i today have had the most horrendous study and heartburn and centre chest pain I'm in agony i do believe it's my gallstones getting worse bloody awful

Mines on the left side as well I've taken my omerzrapol and buscapan and pain killers gonna be a long night 😥
