I make homemade soup (stock cubes, lentils, leek and carrot) i add nothing else to it.With 2 slice white bread. Is this healthy???
Also i'd like to know if Jelly is healthy as a snack as it says fat-nil.and if diet coke is okay?
Probably silly questions but thought id ask

Well your soup seems fine, jelly with some tinned fruit in is a nice treat and diet coke is fine! But please make sure you're not starving yourself :!: You are not in prison on a bread and water diet! Just keep an eye on your fat, Total Fat per day approx 50g separated as equally as poss into 3 meals a day (this is important). Total Fat 10-15g & Saturated Fat Approx 5g per meal and you should'nt go far wrong :D
Hope this helps!
Anything else just ask and we'll try to help if we can :!:

Its trial and error to be honest!! Tho i'm beginning to shop at tesco more as their labels are making shopping easier!
I'm at the doctors for my first official weigh in on Tuesday so should be interesting! I'll see how i've got on and then can say what is good to eat, my doctor is very nice and the dietician i see, they give me hints and meal ideas!

Try and keep off fizzy drinks and stick to plain water, if you can drink at least 2 litres a day you will benefit as your skin will become clearer and it flushes out your system
