iv had that feeling for years, i actually have it as i write this message. the best thing to do is get a full check from the doctor to put your mind at ease then keep reminding yourself that it is only anxiety and its making you feel this way. you should look up moodjuice it will help you understand more about anxiety. hope you feel better soon.x

Ive been dealing with this same problem for like 2 months now. Scared to go to sleep , Left arm pain , feeling like im having a heart attack and always going to the Er for that problem and keep saying im fine. But its scary because im always saying so what if i ignore these symptoms and it be a heart attack. Always the same responses "Im to young to have one " Im always like huh it dont better how old you are that dont stop that. Right now im fighting to find something to help me with it but i hate taking meds because it makes me feeling horrible and i wish i could find something to help me especially since i dont be knowing when im having a panic attack / anxiety attack

anxiety can produce hundreds of different symptoms .. However, I don’t know your age but if you are young, it’s most likely anxiety symptoms. Anxiety can cause chest pain, shortness of breath, chest pressure, pains anywhere, rapid heart rate etc.

is there anything in your life that is causing you anxiety? If so that’s most likely the cause. I always suggest that people get a full check up with their doctor so they can have peace of mind. When that comes out OK, you can work on anxiety management. Seeing a counselor can be very helpful in managing this. Learning how to breathe properly is the key to relaxing your heart rate. Rapid heart rate with anxiety is nothing that will hurt you. It’s just the adrenaline that is released and eventually goes away.

you tube has some great short meditations for proper breathing, anxiety, etc. I listen to these every night. I do hope you feel better soon!
