After period issues

Hey ladies, I was wondering do any of you have anxiety or just feel off, days after your period ends. Today is the fifth day and yesterday and today was a struggle. Anxiety, stomach issues, headache and so much more..

I'm hoping this is hormones and nothing else is going on..

just last month I felt the same. I had my usual bad period before my monthly period and was looking forward to the after- usually better blip in time. Well it wasn't better and it made me feel super anxious too because it isn't usually like that. Then, I went on a vacation for a few days- first in a loooong time! It made such a difference! That makes me think it is mostly anxiety and focusing on symptoms. Now that I have been back to my daily routine full of worries and challenges many symptoms are back. It is also that time of the month. Automatically tired as a dog, digestive issues, anxiety, aches and pains.... sooo tired! I don't know if it is just hormones, anxiety, real health issues.... I am clueless, but try to push trough and just make it one day at a time if possible, until it gets better- and I truly hope it will! hugs!

I get a menstrual migraine when my period starts, but my worst symptoms are when my period ends. I think it is because estrogen begins to climb after your period.

my third or fourth day is the worst. everything set of such panic. I read all of the post and my heart breaks for what we go through. think of all the marriages and jobs affected by these drastic changes we go through. shame on all the doctors only trying to mask symptoms instead of helping.
