AK or Psoriasis?

I read AK is precancerous. Scares me. I don't have insurance currently, so I can't see a doctor for a little while.

I've been getting all kinds of rashes for the last couple years, but this spot is reoccurring and its duration this time around has been at least 3 weeks and still going, which seems awfully long.

Pictures at https://imgur.com/a/pk0BF29? , although my cell phone isn't the best quality.

My verbal description would be:

A spot about as big as a nickle above my right eyebrow. It's a bit itchy. Very dry, seems raised, with a little bit of dead skin on the surface here and there. It has no yellowish color, mostly just red with the dead skin being white flakes.

Ak normally forms into a horn protruding from the face. If it’s just dry patches more likely to be psoriasis in nature
