Allergic reaction?

I noticed my palm today but the fingertips I've known about for a few days now and I'm not sure if this is a skin condition or an allergy. I've tried retracing my steps throughout the day and even the past few days but nothing has triggered it on my other hand.

I have sweaty hands but lately my fingers have been very dry especially at the tips, they've also been peeling slightly. I started taking vitamins when I noticed the fingertips but maybe they could be doing more harm then good?

Any insight would be much appreciated, thanks.

Dry skin can cause your hands to itch and flake beyond allergic reaction. First, you need to use coconut oil or a lotion to moisturize your skin. If your rash doesn't improve with this, look for an antihistamine cream to reduce symptoms and eliminate the rash.
