2 days shy of 7 weeks in and am feeling a ton better however anxiety is still hanging on and I even had a panic attack today for the first time since week 1 have migraines almost every single day and the thought seem to be slowly returning as well as a new symptom of having a lump in throat, curious if anyone has had this experience or similiar and upping the dose helped after the initial side effects of the change or do you think those are just more side effects and I should give it more time? Honestly I feel like I'm almost 80% back but feel I almost like hit a wall I guess and 20mg might not be able to get me the rest of the way because my anxiety was so sever in the beginning and I heard 20 is more like a typical therapeutic dose and sever anxiety tends to need a bigger dose, any info would be appreciated thanks

And just had my second panic attack of the evening, so that's two in about 45 minutes or less, hopefully these go away soon, getting old already.

Hi 33cody,
I think that the panic is still evident for a while. I was on 20 mg's for about 4 months and felt about 75% myself. The dr upped to 30 mg's and it put me to about 95% feeling ok. You should talk with your dr. I think upping to 30 may do the trick but we are all different. At 75% I could still feel days when I was wobbly and could get very irritated. Now I'm feeling normal emotions, as living in Canada, you can imagine with the Trump win that anxiety can still be there LOL! Too close sometimes to USA to feel safe these days. I take this as part of normal life. We cannot completely erase emotions. Still need to have some of them to be in a healthy way.
Different side effects for different people but if it's working, that's what counts. Wishing you better days ahead.

Yea I hear you on the trump thing as I live in the US, but I wouldn't mind if it was just panic attacks but now it's hard to focus and my head feels like i got a band wrapped around my head and just feel weird overall. I'm hoping I can fall asleep here tmw will be a better day lol I contacted my dr to see what he thinks about it as I don't want to increase without his blessing just in case.

Also feels as though I got heart beat inning brain lol, hard to focus or anything visually or hearing things is weird it's like I can hear fine but focusing in on the tv just to listen to it is kinda difficult, I dunno when I starting thinking about that that's usually when the panic sets in so I guess they are related

Hi 33cody,
Hope you're not insulted about the US comment. People there are great but someone is causing a lot of grief for quite a few. I was having few panic attacks before the dose was upped so I tried to be aware of anything impending, sometimes you can feel when one is coming. I would almost go into slow motion and just keep breathing deep and try and focus on something else. They can't last forever. I think we all have different side effects and I would imagine the migraines will taper off. Seven weeks is still early and I'm sure you'll get better and better as time goes by. As people on here say, it is not a quick fix. This really takes time. Maybe find some meditation music or something calming. It is a real rocky road on this but I'm sure you will eventually get to the better place if 7 weeks has made you feel at 80%. Just have patience with yourself. I read here once that there are weird and wonderful imbalances. That was being kind. Some are not so wonderful. Keep calm and you'll get there. A Canadian Friend! :D

I've also been experiencing irritability and getting angry over things that shouldn't bother me but it's like 0 angry to 60 angry in like 5 seconds
