When did you start takeing the med? It really helps me to sleep. Guess anyone can have good and bad dreams, personally I dont think its the med deciding which type you have. I do seem to dream more though. I take alprazolam daily and have for a number of years.

Lisalisa is spot on. We all have good days and bad days, even if we're not anxious and depressed.

The dreams are, I think, random, but if anyone has any expert knowledge about dreams I'd be interested to hear from them.

Hi, restokley:  I take Xanax, .05 twice a day.  Once in the morning, and once in the afternoon..I take a Cymbalta before bed.  I also have crazy dreams and in the morning I feel that I am exhausted until around noon.

Do any of you with bad anxiety feel tired so much of the time.  I'm getting pretty old, but I don't remember getting this tired until just recently...In the morning when I wake up, I just can't go back to sleep...
