I've tried loads of different medications over the years but none seem to work, counseling has had no impact as well, I'm so desperate I don't know how much longer I can take it.
Someone suggested to me to try alternative therapies for depression, I googled it and stuff like aromatherapy, meditation, hypnosis, and self-help books came up quite frequently. Has anyone tried any of these and had any luck?? Or are there other alternatives that help, I would really appreciate anything anyone has to offer.

Try diverting your concentration to new activities, either sports education or something else you like, as long as you are able to shift your negative moods into a positive place. If that is not possible look for a hobby that keeps you moods positive
