I'm starting to think I have congested heart failure.. I get really bad shortness of breath daily.. I can be fine not thinking of anything and it hits me and it's hard for me to catch my breath.. I'm not wheezing or anything but it's definitely hard to breath and I don't know what to do.. is this just anxiety or something more serious

You could possibly have some food or food additive sensitivities. Try to keep track of what you ate in the minutes or hours before this comes on. Delayed intolerances are really hard to pin down. For example, I can eat peanuts and I feel fine for about 4 to 6 hours then get a splitting headache and feel like I'm coming down with something. That lasts for 12 hours before I come out of it. Technically it's an intolerance not an allergy.

Thank you alllll for your response it gave me a little relief..: but to Jan34534 ,I have been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder in September of last year me and my husband had a terrible split he had our son and I had our daughter and I guess it took a extreme emotional toll on me. Now we are together and he's so supportive and we are a family again I really can't complain too much .. for the past 7 months when we were separated I was having panick attack after panick attack after panick attack I started to get depressed and lost over 40lbs in 1 month and I didn't go outside for 6 months I just stayed in bed.. but now I have bad shortness of breath I'm happy I have my family but I can't figure out why am I still scared of life.. I don't have the panic attacks too much anymore I just have the bad shortness of breath now feels like I'm dying soon.. still can't pinpoint it..

Talk to your GP. Make a list of your worries, concerns and stress so you can remember all your fears etc.
Have you any idea what is causing your Anxiety. To know the reason will help you address your concerns
