Am I the only one when get lightheaded, feels like they can't control their arms or legs.

My arms and legs get Jelly. When I wake up I start to feel light headed.  My arms feel weak. Now almost everyday my eyes hurt. My eyes feels heavy like its tired. Who else gets the ringing in their ears?

    I get the light headedness and also a very foggy feeling in my head like I'm not really here, it's a horrible feeling.  It makes me want to blink my eyes.  I want my clear head back 😔

      That feeling you get of not quite being here, or your eyes seeming crosseyed when they are not, its frightening and you start to think there must be something very seriously wrong and that in itself brings about more panic.... Its a vicious circle isn't it?
