Iv had this for a few years now. Feel like I have the Flue for a good few days. But then I get my period? I am 43 and bodies winding down I'm told. But does anyone else get this?

I get palpitations and chest and back pain before my period. I also sometimes get a headache and nausea. You could be getting perimenopause how regular is your period?

Hi yes I'm peri M although a scan shown ovries are still busy! But they are 4 weekly still just light.

ive always just noticed really bad Anxiety and upper thighs really hurting.. i feel ya hopefully my body is winding down also !!
