An itching bump in my finger and now my leg. Cancer?

So, a year ago i got this bump on my finger that itches like crazy but if i stop myself from itching it, it goes away. but it comes back again after a few days. Now a same kind of bump is there in my leg and it itches a lot too. so is this a skin problem or cancer?

    Hi Mum11 dont get yourselfe all worried over this, best thing is a visit to your gp for reasurrance, may be an alergy or something, just get it checked out, maybe someone will answer you who has had actually had this which would be even better for you.

      hey also a few months ago my esr was 80 but two months ago i checked and it was 61. also my cpr is completely normal. does this mean i dont have cancer. also is esr 61 still high?

      ESR should be up to about 20 but can be higher with age. Mine is currently 52 but my CRP is 6, which is close to normal. ESR is not just a measurement for cancer.

      I don't know. I saw a vascular surgeon recently for phlebitis and asked him. He just laughed and said not to worry about it.

      Goodness knows. My GP was panicking about it, but she hadn't a clue either.  All my other blood tests looked OK though. I do take steroids which are supposed to reduce ESR!
