Anal fissure is still bleeding.

Anyone has more than one anal fissure? My fissure is still bleeding from time to time and yesterday i notice there was blood when i passed gas too.. And have you have ever noticed ur stools? The stools seems to mix with blood at the end of the bowel movement.. I told this to my doctor and she seems not care. She told me if you're worried too much,colonoscopy is the only way now. Anyone here can share your experience of anal fissures? How long it takes to be fully healed? How long will the fissure stop bleeding? I'm so worried now and i'm afraid i have a serious disease. Ohh,my fissure is less painful now,not spasm like before but i still experience burning after passing stools.
