Anal Fissure won’t heal, but doesn’t really hurt either?

I’ve had an anal fissure for going on 3-4 weeks now.

At first it hurt to touch but it didn’t bleed at all.

Now it hurts every other time I go #2 but only like a 4 out of 10 on a pain scale, 10 being very painful.

Last night it was itchy and when I went to the bathroom it bleed for the first time (that I noticed).

I’ve been taking baths to try and help it but because it hasn’t hurt very much and because it hasn’t bleed very much I wasn’t worried about it. I’m only now worried because it’s be almost a month and I’d like for it to go away.

What other home remedies can I try to help it heal faster? Should I be worried it hasn’t healed yet even though it doesn’t hurt or bleed much?
