Anal herpes or hemorrhage??

This little thing has been here for about a year but recently flared up and caused pain this week. I’m not sure if it’s a lingering hemorrhoid or herpes . It’s been painful for about four days , no other symptoms besides swelling around anus and i feel pressure in rectum sometimes down to my feet the pain is so severe.

    It sounds more like a pinched nerve going down legs to feet although I would for sure go to a doctor. Hemeroids can be painful and itchy but can be helped with suppositories so if continues go to urgent care or even we. Best of healing
