Anal skin tag removal

i had anal skintag removed about a week ago now and it still looks the same but more swollen with Stitches I’m guessing this is normal? and it goes down? ????

hope you are healing well. can i ask, did you have this done under GA or local anaesthetic? I need to have a large tag removed i cancelled my last op hoping it wouldn't get any worse but it has it feels huge!
