Hi everyone,
I had 2 skin tags removed 10 weeks ago during a colonoscopy..my recovery was really good but I still have a lump in the middle & I'm wondering if this is normal?? What was everyone else's recovery like, has it gone back to normal or is the "lump" the new normal?

Most likely the new normal. I had my tag, got it from my surgery in Sept., removed back on 2/18. While it is much smaller & looks so much better there is still a small piece/lump there. Disappointing after such a horrendous surgery but I've read numerous threads on here and everything could be worse. I've gone back & forth about doing 1 more slice, lol, but what if I end up with a big one again? I had 3 stitches with my tag removal. My boyfriend has looked from surgery to now...literally seen me up close numerous times at my worst and he thinks it looks so much better, I'm being too fussy about the small piece and I need to just let it rest & go on.
