Anexity is completely taking over my life !

Hi I'm writing this shaking and so scared about my life at the moment,it all started about 7 weeks ago I went to the toilet and my stool had blood in it,now I've blead quite abit and my stomach is very gassy and sometimes pain my doctor said I'm too young to die

My anexity has flown threw the roof not left my house so tired,my appetite is gone,so worried about going to the toilet,my stool is mushy all the time and today I stained the toilet bowel it was a red stain but no sign of visible blood when I flushed,convinced myself that I'm dying no one is listening to me I don't no what to do I'm 22,also have black spots in my stool like specks ????

Stomach is quesy all the time when I think about it,hard to breath also MY NECK MUSCLE LEFT SIDE IN PAIN LIKE ANNOYING PAIN,

Really can't function I don't know what is happing need someone to talk to please help

    I could have written this 6 months ago, I went through much the same, no appetite, lost 5kgs in a month, weak, dizzy, pains in my belly that were really bad, internal vibrations and tremors, buzzing in my head etc etc, I had a bleed too, and then two positive stool samples for blood, I had a laprascopy and no sign of cancer, Im pretty sure now almost all of the awful symptoms were anxiety related, Im much better now, Im much older than you, the chances of you having something sinister at your age are very slight, anxiety can cause all of what you have mentioned, trust me, you will be fine, go and have tests and put your mind at ease.

      Thanks for the reply lee and it's great that you feeling better just really scary,just convinced if got cancer,my mind is going crazy,I had blood test came back normal been referred to a specialist but I think that me just being unconvinced by what the doctors has told me

      Yes I was the same, my Drs didnt think I had bowel cancer as all my blood tests were good though, but I was so sure I did because of the blood and the terrible stomach pains and constipation then the opposite , I could have waited a few weeks to get a laprascopy through public health but I was so worried I paid over $2000 to go private and everything was fine apart from some small internal piles that caused the bleeding, Im sure you are the same, if it was cancer Im sure your blood test would have picked up something, bleeding from the bottom is very common, try not to think the worse, I know thats easier daid than done, Im always thinking the worse with any little ache or pain etc

    You really need to go to another Dr. Not to try to scare you, but bleeding needs to be addressed. I understand your anxiety and fear as I am a hypochondriac and can really do a number on myself sometimes. I also use Dr. Google which I shouldn't do. Anyway with all I've read about different conditions, I know that bleeding is not good.

      I mean like black specks in my stool occasionally,I know anexity doesn't help your stool does make it loose but can't remember when I just had a normal stool but because of my age doctor are not taking it seriously really frustrating now just don't what to do
