Angry Sounding Thoughts

Hey guys,

Does anyone else randomly have thoughts (that are your own) that sound in an angry voice . You know like a funny angry voice.

Not hearing things ect just my thoughts sounding different.

Suffering severe anxiety and this is bugging me.

Cheers

Hi, yes I got them aswell before, and I think probably that's the reason, due to extreme stress and anxiety. Also sometimess I used to get alongside withh some racing thoughts .

In my case that was when I just discovered I had anxiety and panic attacks and I diddnt understand much what I was experiencing.

You shouldnt worry, they will go away after the anxiety will drop down a bit.

    Take care

Hi Kim I've noticed that you've put (your own thoughts) they are yours but there not if you get me a human brain is very big and sometimes when a person suffers from anxiety/depression a part of the brain doesn't function as normal anxiety plays with it giving us unwanted scary/heartless/horrible thoughts then sometimes OCD can trigger then we're constantly thinking about the thoughts I've read alot of things about anxiety and OCD and how it can affect our brain we could just be sat watching TV hear something on the radio ect and even though we don't think about it at the time later on in the day or even a few days after it will pop up but make it feel like it's us for example watching a TV programme there's someone having an affair we could think later on that day it's us that's having this affair then we become anxious because we know this isn't true so why would we be thinking this awful thing it's a clever thing anxiety it knows what gets to you the most and it plays with it i think once your on the right medication you will be fine hun i was really bad with it last year but after a few months of being on the right meds i was back to my old self again but i made a mistake and stopped takin it now back to were i was before but dealing with it better as i understand it more and am back on meds please know that some will make you feel worse before you feel better you've just got to think positive thoughts and block the bad 1s out best you can ino it's easy said than done but whenever a bad thought pops up give your head a shake and try think of something nice really hope I've helped and hope you feel better soon x
