Ankle break

Hi ,my ankle was broken 6 months ago , and had pins and screws fitted .It's still very painful , however It feels better after spending 5- 10 mins on my power vibration plate .I'm a bit concerned I may be damaging the metal work , do any of you know if it's ok to use them ?

it' a gadget fit machine, supposidly helps control body fat ( commonly know as a wobble machine )

You are smart to be using the vibration plate-- there are studies that show it helps improve fracture healing and bone mending, and even osteoporosis.
Your key question is: can use of the vibration plate damage your metal hardware implanted in you. That's a really good question.
I don't know the complete answer to that question. I suppose it is somehow possible that your metal implants may vibrate at a different frequency than your bone tissue and that might somehow undo your bone mending to some degree. But once you get the hardware removed there shouldn't be any concerns.
But that is sheer speculation on my part. If you have concerns that the plate may be doing more harm than good I suggest you speak to a specialist (a primary care doctor likely wouldn't have a clue to what you are talking about).
