Hi I’ve had Osteoarthritis for more than 25 years . My condition has slowly been getting worse . But now it’s as if it’s getting faster  xx

    Where do you have OA and how old are you if you dont minde me asking , i was just diagnosed with OA and wanted to know how to manage it , how did u cope with it for that long , diet .. smoking no smoking ... what jobs to consider and all of that. Tnx and good health to you

    I’m afraid you answered your question yourself “OA for more than 25 years”!!  As we get older time flies and, it seems, illnesses we have had for a long time pull us down more and more - we can’t cope as well, tablets don’t help much, we’re tired, and, for me, the cold weather affects me quite considerably.

    Hope you get some relief soon.
