    Looks like a pimple to me, doesn't resemble herpes or anything as its singular. Try not to pop it. You can use warm compresses if you like but I would just watch it over the next few days. If still there i would follow up and make a dr appt.

    If it had been there for a while it is possible it is a persistent cyst. Does it come and go? Any pain? Does it seem fluid filled or solid?
