Hey guys I need your help. Yesterday I took a Vitamin b6 with my vitamin d3 and the rest of my medications. I was fine until I got home from bell ringing. My legs started feeling weak and when I got into my building I fell into a panic attack I took my ativan to help calm things down but I was shaky trembeling and my heart ratre was at 120 it could have climbed more because I was really trembeling and shaking and crying I'm just wondering if the vitamin b6 raised it so today I did not take it I just took my vitamin d3 and my medications and see how I feel today. I just want the palpitations to stop and the anxieties to go away my mom never went through this and I don't get it I'm 46 and I have not had a period for months this concerns me because a lot of ladies I know who are my age have their periods what is going on with my period and why am I not getting one please help me there are times I feel like one is going to come on please help me scared and paniky that something is really wrong

Just having a break from the over-eating!!! Nothing to watch on TV. Son gone to bed nursing full belly and Xmas Eve Hangover and me and the ol' man are too full to get drunk ha, ha!
Been reading about others who swear by Vit B6. My personal experience of it years ago was that I found it made me a bit shaky and anxious (ironically!). I don't take any other meds BTW.
Maybe have a word with your GP because we all take this vit supps, but don't know how they interact with prescribed meds. Wonder if they're as innocence as we believe they are? Suppose you can OD on most anything these days.
If it were me, I think I'd stop taking the vits, continue with any prescribed meds and speak to my doctor.

To much vit b6 can hurt the nervous system.
How do you deal with the peri menopause system.

From what I've read, many women start missing periods at your age, even younger, so I don't think this is unusual. I'm 49 and have only just started getting irregular periods this year but I know my mother started missing them from 42 years old.
I hope you are feeling a bit better now? Do you get the panic attacks often? It sounds like it is all hormone related. I know it can be really hard to recover from a panic attack because they are so exhausting and frightening. I am struggling at the moment but I just keep telling myself that my body is playing ticks on me - the feelings are awful but the cause is simply a sudden hormone fluctuation. We will get through this.
Hugs xx
