    Hi

Not sure how much you are reducing by?

I would suggest a long reduction plan, 25 mg at a time.

Eg- from 200 to 175 but stay on 175 for a month before the next reduction.

Also do it during spring/summer time and look at your diet during reduction.

The discomfort for me usually comes a couple of months after I've come off totally.

Hope your feeling better soon, anxiety is a nightmare.

    All the best.

I think it takes time to level off at each reduced dose, maybe stay in 125 for a while until the next reduction.

See if the anxiety eases off a bit.

I've been on and off Sertraline a few times now, I kind of stabilise at 25 mg every other day. But once I stop after that approx 3 months later I get anxiety/depression again.

I would ride it out a while longer at your current dose before another reduction, and hopefully you will level out.

Really drag it out, there's no rush.

      Good luck

I have had anxiety every day for 360 days since I stopped my last dose one year ago...it is your central nervous system trying to deal without the meds....I read that is the last to heal...because it starts in the stomach...remember it's still withdrawal...like drug addicts.. .be patient...I know the body will heal...one cell at a time..
