What is causing your stomach pains? Have you altered your diet? They have gerd diets on the web.you probably have an issue from a food your eating or your acid levels.

The only thing that EVER curbs my health anxiety is being proven wrong. So, my Dr is very good at proving why I don't have brain cancer, or an aneurism or whatever. He orders basically whatever test I want (which adds up trust me) but if I am really really dead set on something, nothing will make that thought go away. Long story short, discuss your concerns with your Dr. Usually they are very helpful.

    Hi bob

It is anxiety producing when you don't know whats wrong with your stomach. When you worry more it can cause more physical things that your body does not need. It may be acid reflux causing your stomach pain or an ulcer from to much anxieties.

Believe me my anxieties have been up and down today and last week to. My heart rate has been at 117 my blood pressure was a little elevated today to. I am in menopause and that can play a big role in my anxieties. Plus i was on an antibiotic because i had a boil on the buttocks and it hurt to sit and it was pussing on Wednesday so they lanced it off. I was on the antibiotic until today and i wonder if that antibiotic caused my heart rate to go up and my blood pressure too.

Try not to worry because if you worry to much you can start having high heart rates and blood pressures.

Try to ease your mind by doing things like coloring, taking baths, watch a movie get your mind off yourself.

If doctors have not said you have cancer then do not worry. Everybody in this world has some sort of stomach issues, and we have great technology these days and God is our strength and healer so take your issues to God and just Pray about it he will heal you.

I worry myself about health issues but whats the point all it does is make it worse on the body.
