I am not trying to upset any on this Forum, however just a few things I was considering.

Do any sufferers with headaches go and see an Opticion and have their eyes and ears checked. We are all allowed tests for eyes every one or two years and this can help you with headaches as these are one of the first symptoms of eye strain.

You can also get your ears checked generally in the same shop/clinic.

Sometimes you complain with jaw ache, yes jaw ache can be caused by grinding your teeth in bed or sometimes it can be caused by several fillings worn with grinding, if that is the case they can increase the hight of the fillings or have an acrlyic splint made to support the jaw.

One other problem you may have with the jaw is when in our teens or early, mid twenties your Molars start to erupt and the Wisdom teath erupt the mouth and jaw runs out of space, you may need extractions to let the teeth find there own space in the mouth or jaw.

Shoulder and neck pain can be caused by bad posture as can middle lower back problems, especially when you are young. Your Spin does not fully develope until you are twenty six, so if you ar sitting badly crounched up that can cause problems. Sometimes posture effects the way you walk so again that can cause problems to different parts of the spine.

There are many books on posture and sometimes your GP may have brouchures regarding these problems. The tail of your spine can beome sore when you sit down because of the way you sit.

Arms, necks and shoulders, Your shoulders if you are lifting or streaching can become sore as can the neck discs that is a transmitted pain problem.especially if sitting badly and extending your arms.

Playing football can cause pains in thighs, hips anckles knees and feet.

Always think causes and effect, never consider looking up medical conditions books like that would give me the willies when younger, you look for how to treat a headache and after half a page of reading you have a brain tumour, for the young this is very rare and all you have done is frighten yourself ragged.
