Hi I've been taking dosulepin 75mg for the past month, is it right to be taking it only at night? It does help with my sleeping but I'm still quite anxious!!! What would be the next higher dose!? And also I missed my tablet yesterday and feeling it today should I take it this early as it tends to make you sleepy or hold off until later??

Don't self medicate. Ask your doctor. I am on 150mgs a day. I take them about 7 at night and if I miss any I certainly know it!. It takes about 6 weeks for them to have full effect

I had a very enlightened Doctor. His original diagnosis was "You're totally f****d". Tried allsorts. Am now on Propanadol too. Ask your Doc
