Hi Nick, why are you conducting this study? Where are you studying and what is your actual subject? I ask these questions on behalf of the many women on this site who have and are going through a particularly trying time in their lives and who need empathy for their particular symptoms and difficulties.

I go to the new school in New York city and it is for my design research class..we are gathering data and information on various health related topics to gain a better insight into the personal struggles people go through in order to become better designers! We are only sympathetic towards you all and want to hear your side of the story, rather than collecting all our data from health websites and wikipedia.

Please forgive me for being a little discourteous, but I am confused as to why you don't just read any one of the 100's of threads on this site, which refer to anxiety or depression?

and I've read through a bunch...but wanted to reach out to get more personal feedback and see if any responses would be different and hopefully more descriptive. It never hurts to reach out and look for more information.

Anxiety and panic attack through the roof for me. Every niggle and ache i think is a serious illness. Im 51 and this is how i have been for the last 3 years.

Tried amatryptaline which helped briefly. Now on hrt which has helped with other symptoms but not anxiety. recently started sertraline to lower my anxiety. I hope it works
