Mine's to do with prolonged solitude I'm pretty sure, but yours sounds more related to, yes, depersonalisation/derealisation. All the best in overcoming it.

Does any meds help you? None help me. Not even benzos or Lamictal. I am afraid that I will never completely recover from anxiety and depression

Hi. My gosh, I wish you both the best.

No, no meds for me. Tried various ones for years, they didn't do anything except give me ongoing side effects. Good luck to anyone else though. Been struggling since 2009 but even before then it was a slog. My new approach is just eäting healthier änd exercising more but I can hardly summon up the will to go outside lately. Just so hard. Aweful depression/social anxiety. God knows.
