Anxiety and panic attack

My god am having the worst panic attack I've got a bad dull ache in left hand side of my lower back in the kidney area and I feel like am bursting for a wee has anyone had this

    Get your urine tested, could be a uti.

    Yes as greavsie says it sounds like a UTI, get a medical check on your urine to be on the safe side.

    Just had a urine test at local walk in centre and was clear now panicking that they said to get my prostate checked out! Am only 32 surely can't be nothing wrong just can't stop peeing today

      You will be fine, the fact is your getting it investigated.

      I had similar pain and I suffer with anxiety, but for me it was a UTI and a kidney infection. 

      I had my prostrate checked and its just standard procedure and painless. How much liquid are you drinking and is your urine dark or light ? Are you on any other medication too ? All sorts of things could be explaining the reason why your feeling under weather.

      I try and drink a litre and a half of that flavoured water a day when I wake up my wee is a cloudy dark yellow at first then goes lighter after a few wees! I've been much better today tho apart from I thought I had eaten something out of date and had a bad panic attack lol bloody things drive me nuts
