Anxiety and sinuses

Does anyone get bad sinuses or a bad cold (stuffy nose, full head, pressure in your head) and it just makes your anxiety so much worse? Makes your vision all blurry. I went to urgent care earlier and told them about my sinuses and the lady told me that sinuses don't cause dizziness and pressure in your head and told me to go to the ER.. I walked out lol. Anyone ever feel these kinds of things?

you might want to try a sinus rinse.  I find it very helpful.

Sinus rinse is like a nasal douche.  The nasal cavity is washed to flush out excess mucus and debris from the nose and sinuses.  I'm sure if you go to a pharmacy or drug store you will find it.
