Anxiety around allergies

Hi, just curious to see if anyone has or had the same anxiety, worries and thoughts as me.

since April I have had these intrusive thoughts and worries about developing a allergy, even though I have no allergies I'm convincing myself that if I eat certain foods or drinks ill have a reaction.

I'm constantly checking for rashes, looking at my throat/mouth/lips for swelling and rashes, I'm constantly researching and I'm not sure if its helping or not, just seeing of anyone can shed some light

cheers.

Hi there. Yes to your question. I have found myself self diagnosing even bad diseases. Its part of what my anxiety caused me. Then i was scared to go to the doctor. Best solution is to see a doctor and that will put your mind at ease. I had to see a psychologist for a while. Get all the medical help you can to train your mind to think positive thoughts again. Hope you get better.
