So for a while now, i feel like my anxiety has been peaking to a point where there isn't a day where im not feeling at least one physical symptom. I know that these symptoms all come from my anxiety but there are some that just physical and emotional exhaust me and honestly i just want to feel normal. there was a time earlier this year where i was finally feeling ok and then once again came the 24?7 anxiety symptoms which are usually the shortness of breath and lightheadedness. I have noticed that i may feel well for most of the day, but once my dad leaves to work in the afternoon, the symptoms kick in. I will drink tea to calm it down but I have had a few nights where i just can't sleep because the shortness of breath is just so bad. When it comes to getting lightheaded, sometimes it just occurs randomly even if im not hyperventilating... why does anxiety have to be like this and when will i be normal ?!?!?

Hey don't worry !!! Breathing issues are an extremely uncomfortable sensation !!! When anxiety or panicky vibes happend but don't last forever I personally had it so bad threw out the day last year without even being anxious but when it got so bad it felt like a damp cloth was on my mouth so when I'd take a breath I'd start to go into an anxiety attack so basically for about 6 months I felt like I couldn't take a real breath I'd get so light headed I'd get tunnel vision and feel faint I'm almost 22 I had all this over a year ago but I learned to talk to myself positive reinforce ment that I was breathing not going to faint and just kept attempt in to breath as normal as possible ! Even though I felt like I was running out of air and turn in blue it finally faded away !!!

thank you for sharing, i feel much better knowing it'll go away. Yes, it definitely is scary and for me it lasts up to an hour or more especially at night when it is lonelier, so its scarier.
