Have you tried HRT ? I can’t have it, so Iv been plodding on for last 4 yrs...

I suffer with depression and anxiety and on a antidepressants, for the last 4 mth Iv been on new meds, and this as help with some of my symptoms to do with the menopause, that is all I’m taking, as this drug as helped me enough and I’m hopping I’m coming through the other end of this crap called the menopause ...

There is herbel tablets out there, but they just take the edge of things.. your best bet is to have a chat with your doc and see what there is out there...

Hope you find some thing to help you, as not much fun going through this 🤗x

    Hi

I’m a bit new to this forum not quite sure how to reply to people who have been kind enough to respond to my original message.

I’ m basically looking for alternative medication to HRT to resolve some of my symptoms eg dry scalp, breathing issues , mood swings and just feeling low and useless not to mention forgetting what i’m talking about mid flow

    Any help would be appreciated.

AG13 if you can go natural great, personally I am trying Vitamin B complex stress in the morning and magnesium and melatonin at night during the day I am using Bach flowers pills to cope with anxiety. No caffeine or any stimulant healthy eating sensitive snacks. Hard some days but try to find your balance everyone is different wish u luck

Thanks Marcia 27799. The problem I have if I take anything for over a week if two  I get an allergic reaction and it’s always in my face. Currently I just take two mulitivitamuns even though it should be one and some flaxseed . My body and me just doesn’t appear to like anything. I even tried the menopausal supplement vitamin tablets but again came out in a rash . Their are days when I feel really low just don’t know which way to go😞 sorry I don’t mean to go but am feeling a bit fed up of it all .
