Anxiety feeling and symptoms 24/7

I have been dealing with this problem since Aug. I was told my thirod leve was off. That was fixed, but I can not get these feelings to go away! I have had CT scans, MRI, Stress test, blood work thirod dr ENT you name it I have had it. I was told my B 12 is low and vitamin D was low. I now get a B12 shot monthly. Vitamin D pills were making me sick so I stopped them. Anyways.. I always have tight chest feeling, werid head pains, always feel like I'm gonna be sick, or pass out, heart races some times, feels like it is skipping beats, or having extra ones. The head pains and chest bother me the most. They are there about 30 min after I wake up and last till I go to bed. Idk what to do any more. I was given Busbar for this, but I'm scared to death to take anything. Some thing in me says something else is wrong. The pain in my chest will go down both my arms and up my neck, just like a heart attack would. Can someone really have physical symptoms of anxiety all day every day? I don't feel like my self at all! I'm 32 years old and never ever had anything like this wrong with me. I was taking synthroid for 2 years for a thirod problem I didn't even have. That has since been fixed. Someone please help me!! I'm so lost.. And this is taking over my life! I have 4 kids and a husband that I love so much. And this is making me so distance from them.

The sickness and giddiness, does it come on at any particular time?  For example, when you are hot, when you stand up suddenly, in the bath, in the shower?  If so, you could try looking at postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. Run a google search for POTSUK and you will find a lot of information about it.  Your Dr can check very simply if you need to be referred to a specialist who can run further tests.  My daughter and my sisters suffer from this as part of Ehlers-Danlos but it is an autonomic dysfunction disorder that often goes undiagnosed or misdiagnosed.  If nothing else, at least it would rule it out.

No, nothing I do brings it on, or makes it go away. It just happens about 30 mins after I wake up, and is there the rest of the day. Some days more then others, but everyday. :-(

    Hi Rachelle,

I know exactly how you feel! I am so sorry too. Please explain your head pains a bit more. I have been having weird head and neck sensations for 3 months but all my bloodwork has been normal and my CT scan showed I have thyroiditis. I am seeing an endocrinologist in March but I feel so miserable. I knew it wasn't just anxiety but no one would believe me. Make sure you have the docs do every thing possible, every test so they can get to the root. I feel so frustrated right now bc I feel like it will never end and I will have to live out the rest of my life with these annoying afflictions.

Are tours really painful or sort of dull aches and pressure? Best of luck and I hope you feel better soon!

My head pains are not really pains. They feel like something is stabbing me, or something's it will feel like I had my hair in a ponytail all day. And it's not my hole head. Different spots all the time. And this is a everyday thing, as I al writing this I have a spot on the left side of my head that feels like a Nail is been drilled in. I have had so many test it is unreal. Everything comes back normal. I have no clue what to do anymore. :-( I'm so lost..
