Google is a big No No , u go on to make your self feel better about what your experiencing and you end up diagnosing yourself with 100 different life threatening illnesses .
Why do you feel you have lost weight, have you not been earring well?

Yes, yes, and yes!!! I had anxiety before I got pregnant with my first child and then while I was pregnant I felt amazing...probably the best I've ever felt in my entire life. Almost no anxiety at all!!! Then after I had her it started to come back slowly but like you said, I think it was triggered by postpartum depression. Of course that is just me looking back on it now, I was never diagnosed with it. Depression and anxiety go hand in hand, its the chicken and the egg question, which came first. Sometimes you'll never figure it out. You may need to be treated for both. I suggest talking to your doctor or a psychiatrist/therapist about all of your questions and concerns. You may need medication and therapy to help you get it under control but there are things you can try by yourself to help without as well. Everyone is different so I suggest you try everything, you never know what might help you. Do some research online about coping skills and techniques for anxiety. Things like meditation, yoga, aromatherapy, grounding and breathing exercises, adult coloring books, affirmations, exercise, diets (what foods to avoid), and so much more. Best of Luck!!!
