I suffer from anxiety and depression and this is my 3rd day on 25mg of sertraline,
I wanted to no does anyone else have chest pains? Eye floaters? Heavy arms? Head pressure? Feeling like you can't breath? I've had all these for ages and I've convinced myself there's something seriously wrong with my heart or my head! It's draining me I can't sleep at night and when I do I wake back up in a hour and can't nod back off! Anyone have any positive anxiety stories of how they've beaten it? If that's possible?
Thanks very stressed and emotional!

I found the head pressure and chest pain to be side effects of the sertraline. I also experienced increased anxiety, so do not panic if yours gets worse before it gets better - unfortunately for some people that is all part of the process. reading the advice and encouragement from others within this online community has taught me that there is hope for everyone and this is a place you will find support and understanding. Just take it a day at a time if you can. and reach out whenever you need to, there is always someone listening.

When i can't sleep because of my anxieties i take a nice hot bath and just soak my body in the water then i listen to music.
Lately like yesterday my muscles were hurting badly my neck, arms, legs and once in a while i do have a little pressure in the chest. Yesterday i felt like I had the flu thats how bad my body was hurting and just tired and not into it.
I went to bed early last night but had trouble sleeping so i took a hot bath and put on a night shirt so i could stay cool
then i fell asleep when i put on some relaxing music
