Anxiety is killing me! Does this look like herpes or hpv or???

I've had these 3 bumps on my labia majora for 2 weeks now. when i first noticed them the area was tender but went down the next day. There is no pain, itching, or oozing of any kind. I initially thought it could be because i wore really tight underwear the day before but then I noticed a thick yellow/white discharge too. i am on Nuvaring and don't know if the discharge could be because of that. Please help, has anyone ever gotten these or think they look like anything other than just vaginal pimples?

they are in grown hairs. you can see the hairs inside the bumps!

exfoliate more and try take the hairs out.

what about the one in the middle? its bigger and i don't see any hair. its more like a dull red bump but i cant see anything inside, it just looks raised. I'm so paranoid , but thank you for replying! i really want to know if anyone else has had these bumps

I have herpes and it would have broken down already into a blister! They'd be also very sore!

Some people do live with herpes and have no symptoms or very mild symptoms! Visually this doesn't look like it.

If you are worried you've had some sort of exposure then I'd get checked!

    They look like ingrowns hun.

Sometimes we cant see the hair follicle because its too deep, but the redness seems to just be a slightly infected ingrown, which isnt a big deal at all.

Exfoliate and keep the area clean, theyll usually surface on their own.

I can say with almost 100% certainty its not herpes or HPV.
