Anxiety & Living Life With Others

Am I the only one, who gets irritated/mad and depressed, whilst having anxiety? Especially an anxiety attack. I was wondering if any of you get agitated with those around you during anxiety. Also, have any of you had trouble making others understand what it's like to have anxiety. I can't seem to make my boyfriend understand, especially. I'm depressed and crying every night, because i feel so weak. I wish I could make it all disappear.

If they do not experience  an panic attack they wint and cant  understand it. Its made  fun of, stigmatized and downplayed by the media too long. Many view it as a weak person or mentally unstable.  Living it i would say we are th strongest people walking because i believe it would bring the average person down to their knees within the first five minutes. No way are we weak, no way do we self inflict this, no way does anyone deserve this mal function.it will oush people away, it can make you isolate yourself..It s a bully. Its really an internal battle.

I'm the same. I was really stressed yesterday and I had so much anger. I hit if for a while, but as soon as I got back into my car, I started screaming so hard.

    How are you feeling now?
